Stepped on the weighing machine and it indicated 200 lbs!!
Based on some websites I checked, my ideal weight for my frame and height should be around 160 lbs. That makes me 40 pounds overweight. All the late night mamak food is really taking it’s toll. Chinese New Year celebrations didn’t help either.

No Fast Food!
So far the only food I’ve tried and successfully refrained from taking “unhealthy” food is Nasi Lemak. According to Health Minister Chua Soi Lek, fast food should be treated like cigarettes and liquor and should be banned from mainstream advertising as well as imposed a “sin-tax”.

By the way, durian is classified under sources of good fats (same as in fish, egg yolks, nuts, seeds, olives).
