FIDE congratulates Secretary General Ignatius Leong on his marriage
Congratulations to FIDE Secretary General Ignatius Leong of Singapore on his wedding in Singapore last weekend to Celine Dao of Vietnam. Over 300 guests, including a delegation of 29 from Veitnam and representatives of ten federations from around Asia and Europe joined in celebrating their nuptials.
