Being a gadget freak I saw this website called TestFreaks.com.
Before I buy any tech product, I do what other geeks would do. Go online and search for a review of that product. This will give me a gauge or indication on how good is the gadget. Having multiple opinions usually give me a quick idea about the product. I’ve come to trust personal opinions of others when they do not stand to profit from ad or marketing.
TestFreaks.com is another place where you can find reviews. I have to admit that that site is still new and in Beta stage so they are a little short on coverage on major products. However they already have reviews for many products such as cell phone reviews, Camcorders, MP3 players and TVs. Promising site if they can add more products into their reviews. Since I lost my camera, I was more interested in their digital camera section. Go and check them out.
