YupGames Online Chess
Found yet another online chess playing site on the net. It’s called YupGames. It’s year another way to play chess online. These chess playing sites are fewer nowadays because of the cost of keeping them up. WCN is an example of the high cost bringing down the entire business.
Anyway, YupGames is a little different and smaller set up compared to ICC, WCL etc. Which is a good thing! The community there is still new and small but growing everyday. You don’t even need to download a client program to play chess like in ICC or WCL.
The site has all the essential online chess features such as :

Ability to save games and replay later.
- Chat with other players
- Upload your picture/avatar

I always want to do something else when I get cornered to play long 15 minute games online. But if I browsed to some site on WCL, I’d get penalised for cheating. Not here in YupGames. They even direct you to some funny websites. 
I’ll be trying this out for the rest of the week and reporting back what it’s like. Have a go at it and tell me what you think.
