Malaysia did well in the team blitz.

In Round 7 IM Mas beat the 1st DATMO champion GM Ni Hua.

In Round 9 Malaysia even beat giants India 2-1 ! This was definitely a giant killing feat where..

WIM Siti drew with GM Koneru Humpy
WCM Nur Shazwani -drew with IM Harika

Of course this is “only” blitz but we have to be proud of our players as each one of them were horribly outclassed in terms of title and rating.
