Starting another new Wiki
Regular readers will know by now my two main websites are GilaChess.com and this blog.
These two sites are also the top money earner for me at the moment. The surprise for me is that my Malaysia Wiki which I created just for fun is starting to surpass both my top blogs in adsense revenue. The funny thing is that I didn’t even put much effort in it. In fact, I don’t think the contents in the wiki is enough to be informative yet.
One possible reason, is the Visit Malaysia year campaign. Tourists are looking for information on Malaysia.
It’s a surprising but nice discovery. So to further my “experiment”, I’m starting a new Wiki on Cameron Highlands. The reason is that I can get more materials for that one holiday resort because I’ll be going there for holidays as well as to gather content for the new website.
