Usefulness of GPS

Besides finding your way to your destination and protecting teens GPS tracking has other uses too. You can use it as an anti-theft device. For example if you car gets stolen, you can activate the GPS device and find out the exact location where the car is. More advanced GPS device even has the feature to send a signal to disable the car, lock/unlock the door, and activating the alarm.

Another interesting use is to have GPS to provide logging information such as proof of exact date, time, speed, direction of travel and location, and stop duration.
