Of all the investments, I’d say investing in land and properties is one of the safest. At least it’s better than putting your money in stocks that can wipe out your capital in less than a day!

Although the amouth is relatively high, it has the advantage of offering very high margin of return with a low margin of risk. There is a 12% return rate on high yield first trust deeds and hard money lending systems.

When I have the money, I’ll definitely put it into some form of investment like a trust deed.
