Back to hibernation
The IGB Dato Arthur Tan Malaysian Chess Open Championship website goes into hibernation mode after the event ended a few weeks ago.
Like this blog, DATMO website was also hosted on Exabytes but it was fortunately located on a shared hosting server that didn’t have webmasters that were ‘resource abusers’. There was not a single incident of site downtime.
The website will undergo one year of inactivity before being reactivated again August 2008 for the 5th DATMO (and possibly) the last one if no sponsors step in.
At it’s peak the traffic almost reached 500 visitors per day.
