Alexandra Kosteniuk is back
I’m a big fan of podcasting. In fact I’m addicted to it. I’d listen to podcast like radio programs all day long. Most of it is technology based like CNet Buzz Out Loud, Security Now, Slash Dot Review, Diggnation, and many more.
The only chess podcast that was in my collection to listen to was GM ( yeah not just a WGM, she is one of 10 Women in the world to have a GM title) Alexandra Kosteniuk Chess Is Cool. However it stopped for unknown reasons for several long months. Well, the reason was because she took time off to have a baby. Ok I guess that’s a good excuse as any 
Now she is back! Although I find her podcast too short to be instructive but it is interesting to follow her news narrated by Kosteniuk herself.
One thing that looks promising is her chess videos. They are in the form of puzzles where you pause the video and try to think of the solution. You then unpause it and Kosteniuk will tell you the solution. One suggestion, Alexandra, please offer other video formats as well because not everybody can play MP4 videos. It would be good to offer WMV format too. Anyway, it’s pretty cool as the videos and podcasts are all free.

PS: you can download Apple Itunes if you don’t have a player to watch the videos. That’s what I did anyway.
