I got robbed

Last night this blog was suspended because of some script that was overusing the webserver CPU. The webhoster, Exabytes immediately suspended my account. Spent a lot of time trying to find what was the cause. In the end after removing some scripts/programs, my site was unsuspended.

Happy, I went out to withdraw some money and buy back groceries. The supermarket is only less than 10 minutes away from where I stay. I was unlucky to meet 2 persons on a motorcycle. The motorcycle stopped, and one of them jumped in front of me threathening me with a knife. Since he was skinny and smaller size compared to me I really considered taking him on. But decided not to risk it since my wallet was empty of cash I just gave it to him. I walked home feeling disgusted. I cancelled the PayPal card online.

I only lost my monthly KL Rapid bus/lrt card, IC, my ATM cards and my PayPal card. I had to make a police report at the Old Klang Road police station and then had to go to Brickfields Police station to make another statement. That took almost 3 hours. By the time I got home it was past 1.30 am. Now I have to go thru the hassle of reapplying for my lost IC and ATM cards :(
