Being in the IT sector I have seen a lot of up and downs in the job market. There was the dot com burst and I survived that by going into teaching and some contract programming jobs. Today the job market is much better and as I sit here I here my colleagues secretly getting calls on their cell phones from head hunters sourcing for programmers and database administrators. I know because they will start whispering and walk slowly out of the office while talking on their phone
