Quality Door Locks

* sponsored post *

This is the first time I’ve heard of Bump Key Proof Lock. That’s one of the advantage doing reviews on sponsored posts like this. You get to learn new things :)

Several years ago when I got my first job, I stayed in a rented apartment with 2 other housemates.

One night when I went back to my parent’s home for the Chinese New Year’s holiday, the apartment was broken into and I lost my
first PC and my fridge! How they carted off the fridge simply surprised me. In addition the thief left the whole apartment in a mess. The landlord replaced the cheap door with one that looked more solid with better locks. I stayed on and (thankfully) never experienced another theft.

Reading this website I now know how easy it is for the thieves to break in. It’s surprising that without any lock picking skills, a person can open any lock in less than a minute. Check out this In the video where an 11 year old girl use a bump key to open a lock. That’s just alarming! Furthermore, bump keys are cheap and cost an average of USD 5.

Of course it’s just sensible to be safe and spend extra money to make sure your locks are “Bump Proof”.
