Long wins chess gold at Singapore tourney

Le Quang Long and his teammates bagged two gold medals for Viet Nam on Sunday at the ongoing Southeast Asian Age-Group Chess Championships.

Long, the older brother of International Grand Master Le Quang Liem, finished with 6.5 points in the men’s singles blitz event after beating fellow countryman Nguyen Duc Hoa in the all-Vietnamese final.
