Debit cards for teens. It’s called the Visa Buxx.
Here’s how it works: Parents give their teens money electronically via a debit card. It’s a great solution for quicky sending money in case of an emergency. Besides that, a “chore system” is also included where teens get payed only after completion of a household task or chore. In addition, since it’s electronic, all transactions are recorded and parents can see what is their children’s spending activity. The card can be suspended by the parent if there is any need for that.
