Need a camera badly
If you noticed there are not many pictures lately in GilaChess.com. Simple reason: no camera. It’s a terrible feeling to go to a big chess event and not be able to snap a few picture for the website.
So I’m looking at this at lelong.
I know in my previous post I said I’ll be aiming to get the Canon A710IS (IS = Image Stabiliser) but at RM1000++ I don’t have that kind of loose cash in my pocket.
The used phone above is currently only has one bid and it’s present price is RM 145. I hope I can win the bid and use the camera temporarily first. (I’ll save enough money to get the A 710IS before the Malaysian Open #4 in August)
Incidentally, it’s the same camera model that I lost some time back - the Canon A40. It’s only 2 Megapixel but takes decent pictures. Well at least much better quality than my camera phone.
Update: Lost the bid. Hard to follow it when I was out of office and checking the bids using my hand phone. 
Someone bought it for RM 145.
