Round Robin FIDE rated tourney clarification

In a Swiss, games of an unrated player may count for rating only if these are against rated players. However, in a rated Round-robin, all games of the unrated player count for rating, i.e. both the games versus rated as well as unrated players. Thus in the Feb07 event, all 12 players had 11 rated games as reflected in their respective FIDE rating cards.

This is to clarify that there’s no ‘hanky-panky’ (as suggested by a previous anonymous posting at the shoutbox) and the ratings obtained legitimately. Thanks Eddy, for clearing that up.
