Sample bullet game video

Here’s a video capture of one of my sessions playing bullet. My opponent is about 100 points above me. Bullet games is not really “chess” and should not be seen as serious. Some say it spoils your actual chess game as it encourages impulsiveness and shallow thinking.

I’m of the opinion bullet chess is like playing an arcade game. It’s more of a test of your reflexes and how good your mouse is :D

There are two games in the video. I won one and lost one.

i dont have much to say as those were bullet games,so commenting on moves you missed would be rather…inappropriate. but why not use the click-click moving method instead of the drag and drop?it can save time if your opponent plays a move different from what you expected him to play, because youd probably have your prepared move ready, which you have to change and you end up losing valueble time.

Click-click vs Drag-drop. Isn’t that almost the same? Ok I’ll try it out and see if there is any difference. Thanks.

Ok referring to the above screen shot, I tried the click-click settings and it was a bit disorienting. I clicked the piece and click on the square to move it to. But while moving all I can see is the mouse pointer.

I prefer the click-drag-click method. You can at least see the piece you are moving.

It’s definitely better than the 3rd method where you hold-drag settings where you have to hold on to the button before letting go of the piece on the square you want to move.

So I’m back to the click-drag-click..
