No Fast Food!
So far the only food I’ve tried and successfully refrained from taking “unhealthy” food is Nasi Lemak. According to Health Minister Chua Soi Lek, fast food should be treated like cigarettes and liquor and should be banned from mainstream advertising as well as imposed a “sin-tax”.

Malaysians were suffering from “affluent” diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Chua, who is also a medical doctor, said that obesity was the root cause of those diseases.“There are a lot of lifestyle diseases because of rising affluence. Malaysians don’t exercise enough and do not pay attention to the food they eat,” he said.
