Toilet controversy results in Game 5 delay

I do not know what is happening right now. Both sides are unhappy!First, Topalov wanted to walk. Now, Kramnik wants to walk. Neither side is happy with the decision by FIDE.
Topalov now is willing to play but will refuse to shake hands with Kramnik. Kramnik has made no decision if he is willing to continue if he has to share the same private bathroom with Topalov.
The game is late! Both sides are waiting for the decision by the arbiter right now. What a mess!!
