Durian is brain food ?

Reading Stonemaster’s article on durian I can see he is a durian lover.

By the way, durian is classified under sources of good fats (same as in fish, egg yolks, nuts, seeds, olives).

Besides that durians are very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Vitamin B6 and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C.
