Fairin’s Video

Here is Fairin Zakaria, webmaster from Petak64.com giving a half hour talk on chess improvement at Stonemaster’s 1st Unrated Tournament.

It was very instructive. I regretted not making the video taping longer because I wanted to save memory to take pictures for the rest of the tournament.

With systematic training plans mentioned by Fairin, it makes sense to me why Fairin himself is a very strong player. Last year he finished runner-up in the Chevrolet Open 2005. Also, Fairin was one of the members in the national Olympiad team held in Russia.
