Diet Change-4 kg loss

I’ve given up nasi lemak for about 1 full week and the result was great!! I lost a full 4 kg!! What did I do to celebrate? I took Nasi Lemak yesterday of course :)

Well to be fair I only took half - sharing it with my mom when we went out shopping at 1Utama. I guess it’s ok to take once in a while.

Cool…keep it up, it’s actually good for your health not to take oily food…or with coconut milk…

I will try to eat as healthily as possible. One good thing that came out from this blog is that I am more conscious of the things I’m eating… :)
